Plumbing Maintenance (1 Visit Per Year):
Check all toilet flappers, fill valves and toilet seals.
Check crawl space for any leaks and corrosion on water & drain lines.
Check that all faucets are functioning properly, clean faucet aerators.
Check all drains for proper usage.
Check and flush standard water heater
Check all sink cabinets for any leaks on water/drain lines.
Check washing machine shut off valves and hoses for leaks.
Test the home’s water for Iron, PH level, hardness, TDS and chlorine.
Check home’s water pressure.
Check all sump and sewer pumps to ensure proper usage.
Terms and conditions: * Cost of $20/month includes one HVAC unit. Additional units can be added for $10/month per unit. Price is for residential only. Call for commercial plan pricing. This agreement goes into effect the first day payment is made and extends a minimum of 12 months. The monthly fee will be automatically renewable after the 12-month minimum commitment has been met unless written/email notice of cancellation is received 30 days in advance of the next billing date. Customer will be notified of any price revisions. Payments must be made via credit card, debit card or bank draft. Agreement may be terminated upon non-payment of any amount, if not paid within 10 days of notice. Repair charges necessary to correct defects discovered by the maintenance inspection will be the responsibility of the customer but billed at the premier service rate of 10% below normal rates ($250 maximum discount benefit). Repair service guaranteed for 30 days from date of repairs. The services outlined in this agreement will be performed during normal business hours (8 am to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Only emergency HVAC and plumbing services will be performed after hours (8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday-Saturday).
