HVAC Benefits:

Spring and Fall HVAC Maintenance:
• Clean unit coils as needed
• Clean and adjust pilot light, if applicable
• Check refrigerant levels
• Check filters; Check duct work
• Check HVAC Unit charge; Check compressor amperage
• Inspect and test furnace safety sensors
• Inspect and tighten all electrical components
• Inspect heat exchange; inspect furnace flue
• Inspect fan motors and bearings, if applicable
• Inspect belts and lubricate pullies, if applicable
• Inspect drain lines

Conditions:
*Cost includes one HVAC unit. Additional units can be added for $10/month per unit. The terms of this agreement will be automatically renewable, unless cancelled by either party. Customer will be notified of any price revisions. Payment can be made in monthly installments (via credit card, debit card or checking account draft) or as a one-time, up-front payment. This agreement goes into effect the first day payment is made and extends for 12 months. Agreement may be terminated upon non-payment of any amount, if not paid within 10 days of notice. Repair charges necessary to correct defects discovered by the maintenance inspection will be the responsibility of the customer but billed at the premier service rate of 10% below normal rates. Repair service guaranteed for 30 days from date of repairs. The services outlined in this agreement will be performed during normal business hours (8 am to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Only emergency HVAC services will be performed after hours (8 am to 8 pm, Monday-Saturday).
