HVAC Benefits:

Spring and Fall HVAC Maintenance:
• Clean unit coils as needed
• Clean and adjust pilot light, if applicable
• Check refrigerant levels
• Check filters; Check duct work
• Check HVAC Unit charge; Check compressor amperage
• Inspect and test furnace safety sensors
• Inspect and tighten all electrical components
• Inspect heat exchange; inspect furnace flue
• Inspect fan motors and bearings, if applicable
• Inspect belts and lubricate pullies, if applicable
• Inspect drain lines

• Free video camera inspection with paid main line drain cleaning

• $100 off tank/tankless water heater flush (Regular price: $249)
Conditions:
*Cost includes one HVAC unit. Additional units can be added for $10/month per unit. The terms of this agreement will be automatically renewable, unless cancelled by either party. Customer will be notified of any price revisions. Payment can be made in monthly installments (via credit card, debit card or checking account draft) or as a one-time, up-front payment. This agreement goes into effect the first day payment is made and extends for 12 months. Agreement may be terminated upon non-payment of any amount, if not paid within 10 days of notice. Repair charges necessary to correct defects discovered by the maintenance inspection will be the responsibility of the customer but billed at the premier service rate of 10% below normal rates. Repair service guaranteed for 30 days from date of repairs. The services outlined in this agreement will be performed during normal business hours (8 am to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Only emergency HVAC services will be performed after hours (8 am to 8 pm, Monday-Saturday).

I called Precision on (July 10) around 1:00 to look at my well pump as to why we kept losing water pressure. Eric and his partner were to the house before 2:30 and had everything up and running within the hour for a reasonable price. Precision didn't know, but they were my 2nd opinion after another company came out and told me that the only thing that could be done is replace the whole system for $6,700 and that was the only option! Was bathing the kids last night and when they drained the tub water started pouring through the ceiling downstairs into my kitchen. Chris Blackwell came and saved me thank goodness. He also snaked my shower for me when I asked if I could have them do that later. He fixed my broken pipes so quickly and tested it before he left.
